These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tulu Travel Website, located at https://www.tulutravel.net.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tulu Travel if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Costa Rica. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Unless otherwise stated, Tulu Travel and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Tulu Travel. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Tulu Travel for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Tulu Travel
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Tulu Travel
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Tulu Travel
- Redistribute content from Tulu Travel
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Tulu Travel does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Tulu Travel, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Tulu Travel shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

No use of Tulu Travel logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Rebooking and cancelation policies
If you for some reason can´t travel on your confirmed vacation we offer a rebooking policy. The rebooking policy has a cost of 300 USD and we need a rebooking request with new dates within 14 days of the rebooking request. If there are additional penalties and fees that is for the client to pay. Your trip can be moved up one year after the rebooking request. Before using this policy, all pending balance must be paid in full. Rebooking coverage doesn´t cover vacation packages with travel dates over Christmas, New Year´s and Easter or vacation rentals.
If you need to cancel your vacation package the following policies apply. Vacation packages reserved that are cancelled with more than 35 days before arrival has a penalty of 10% of the whole package value. If your cancelation is within 35 days before your arrival the cancellation penalty is 100%. If it´s a vacation package that includes dates over Christmas, New Year´s and Easter the 10% penalty applies if you cancel more than 65 days before your arrival. If you cancel within 65 days before arrival your cancelation fee is 100%. For vacation rentals the 10% penalty fee applies for cancelations made with more than 90 days before arrival. If the cancelation for vacation homes are made within 90 days of arrival the cancellation penalty is 100%.
Credit and Debit card cashbacks
When you pay your initial deposit, you agree to our payment and cancellation policies. Our goal is to make your best possible vacation and if you have any concerns please let us now so we can help to work out the matter. A cashback request doesn´t invalidate our cancelation and refund policies.
State of emergency rebooking clause
In case of state of emergency such as the Coronavirus if you can´t travel because of closed borders, cancelled flights or stay at home orders in your city you will not lose any money. We will give you a 100% credit for your vacation package that you can use within 2 years. If there are price increases the traveler needs to pay the increases.
Class action waiver and no punitive damages
When paying your deposit you agree to waive your right to serve as a representative, litigant or in any representative capacity and/or to participate as a member of a class of claimants, in any lawsuit/arbitration filed against us in no events shall we liable for or pay punitive damages. You agree that this agreement should be interpreted according to the laws of Costa Rica.
REMOVAL OF LINKS FROM OUR WEBSITE
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

The Tulu Travel transmits personal data collected within the scope of the contractual agreement to CRIF Bürgel GmbH, Leopoldstraße 244, 80807 Munich for the application, execution, and termination of the business relationship as well as data on non-contractual or fraudulent conducts.
The legal references for these transmissions are Article 6 par. 1 b) and Article 6 par. 1 f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Transmissions on the basis of Article 6 par. 1 f) of the GDPR shall only take place to the extent that they are necessary to safeguard the interests of the [contractual partner *] or third-party and do not prevail over the interests or basic rights and freedoms of the concerned person who require the protection of personal data. The data exchange with CRIF Bürgel GmbH also fulfills legal obligations to carry out creditworthiness checks on customers (§ 505a and 506 of the German Civil Code).
CRIF Bürgel GmbH processes the data received and uses it to offer its contractual partners in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and, if applicable, other countries (if a European Commission adequacy decision exists for them) with information, inter alia, for the assessment of the creditworthiness of natural persons. The one responsible for the processing integrated components from Novalnet AG in the web site. Novalnet is a full payment service provider, who takes over the payment processing among other tasks.
If the individual involved selects a payment method during the order processing in the online shop, data of the individual involved will be automatically transmitted to Novalnet. With the selection of a payment option, the individual involved agrees to the transmission of personal data for the processing of payment.
The personal details submitted to Novalnet are usually the first name, surname, address, gender, email address, IP address and if necessary date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number and other data necessary to process payments. Also necessary for the processing of the sales agreement are those personal detai related to the respective order. In particular, there may be a mutual exchange of payment information, such as bank details, card number, expiry date and CVC code, details of goods and services, prices.
The transmission of data is intended in particular for identity verification, process payments and fraud prevention. The individual responsible for processing will transmit personal data to Novalnet in particular if there is a justified interest in the transmission. The personal details exchanged between Novalnet and the person responsible for processing will, if necessary, be transmitted by Novalnet to credit reference agencies.
The purpose of this transmission is for identity and creditworthiness check.
Novalnet also transfers the personal details to service providers or subcontractors, as far as this is necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations or if the data is to be processed.
The person concerned has the possibility to revoke his/her consent to Novalnet to handle personal details at any time. A revocation does not affect personal details, which must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing
