Day 1
Welcome to Costa Rica!
Your private transportation is waiting for you at Liberia international airport upon your arrival to take you to your hotel, Tamarindo Diria. After your check-in you have the rest of your day to discover the beach, town, or just relax at the hotel and at one of its swimming pools.
Day 2
Relax & Enjoy
You wake up to enjoy the hotel´s delicious breakfast buffet in the restaurant located right on the beautiful Pacific Ocean beach. This day is free of planned activities and you have plenty of options on how to fill this day. You can rent a car or take a taxi to go to one of the surrounding beautiful beaches, explore Tamarindo´s great beach, or go shopping and eating in the town located right outside your hotel..
Day 3
Surf´s up
This is an exciting day as you will have your first semi-private surf lesson with your professional bilingual surf instructor. Your instructor will brief you on techniques and safety instructions before you get in the water to conquer the Pacific waves! This is a two-hour activity so you will have the rest of the day to enjoy your vacation in the sun!
Day 4
River Boat tour
Today is a great day to explore, see, and learn more about Costa Rica´s amazing nature as you get picked up early in the morning to go to Palo Verde National Park and the Tempisque River. When you get to the river you will embark on a safe riverboat, and for about an hour and a half your professional bilingual guide will show you all the richness of Palo Verde. You will get to see crocodiles, monkeys, iguanas, loads of bird species, and a lot more! You will be back in your hotel in the afternoon to enjoy the amazing sunset.
Day 5
Relax & Enjoy
This day is another day without planned activities, if you are interested you can always add a tour with us at Tulu Travel according to your liking. You can visit the volcano Rincon de la Vieja and enjoy many activities such as hot springs, a mud bath, horseback riding, zip-lining, and a water slide at Buenavista. Tamarindo also offers many great restaurants to discover, with a great diversity that varies from local Costa Rican food to Italian, Argentinian, Asian, French food, and a lot more.
Day 6
Surf´s up!!
Today you will be heading out for your second surf lesson to improve your newly learnt skills! Your instructor will help you improve your skills and advise you as you enjoy this day in Costa Rica´s sunny paradise.
Day 7
Sunset Cruise
This is a great day to discover Costa Rica´s marine life as you get ready to embark on the afternoon catamaran tour. This day will include wonderful sailing on the ocean, snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, and tropical drinks. If you are lucky you get to see jumping rays, dolphins, turtles, and if you are really lucky, humpback whales. You will be sailing home in the amazing Pacific sunset.
Day 8
Back Home
You have reached the end of your vacation, and depending on the time of your flight back home, your private transportation will take you back to Liberia´s international airport. We hope you have created memories for a lifetime and hope to see you back very soon in Costa Rica!
